West Edmonton Mall Toyota has a brand-new app that allows you to earn points and save money on everything from servicing your car to detailing and even the downpayment on a brand-new Toyota. Our new app is easy to use and also gives you access to exclusive offers reserved for our customers and discounts at participating retailers inside West Edmonton Mall. With the new West Edmonton Mall Toyota App, you earn one point per every dollar you spend on service, detail, and parts transactions — up to a maximum of 5% of your total purchase. Your points are valid for up to five years and can be used towards anything in-store.

How Does The West Edmonton Mall Toyota App Work?

Once you have downloaded the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to provide a few details about yourself to get registered including your name, age and email address. Once complete, you will automatically start earning points on all future transactions.

When you open the app you will see your account home screen. From there, you can manage your rewards account, view offers from participating WEM retailers and book your next service appointment and test drive.

The account home screen is also where you can view our current in-store promotions. That means if we have a special on detail packages, Toyota accessories or great offers on new Toyota vehicles — you will know about it right away. Click the points button to review your reward points balance, share your points with up to four people, and redeem points for eligible purchases. We designed the app so you can do it all from one place.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

?When you are ready to redeem your points, all you have to do is open your app and enter the number of points you would like to use. Then you click redeem now and show your advisor the checkout clock and one-time code. We will handle the rest.
