How long will it take for me to see my points on my app?
It may take up to 45 Business Days for the points to be applied to your account.
How do I complete the registration process?
If you sign up with your email address, an email will be sent to that email address with a verification code. If you sign up with your cell phone number, a text message will be sent to that phone number address with a verification code. You may verify with either email or phone number, or both. We recommend verifying the email address or phone number that would be attached to your vehicle so your app can easily be connected to your customer profile in our system.
What if I register with an email address or phone number that isn’t in my West Edmonton Mall Toyota customer file?
If your app profile is not syncing with your customer history with West Edmonton Mall Toyota, it is likely that you verified your app account with an email or phone number that we don't have in our system. We may ask you to verify the email address or phone number we have attached to your VIN, or we can update your customer file with the email or phone number you used to register for the app.
Can I use points for car down payment? Or for a lease payment?
No, they can only be used in parts and service.
Do points expire?
Points that are not redeemed within 5 years expire.
How do I redeem points?
Click Redeem and show the Service Advisor the check-out clock and one-time code.
Can I get my points back if I redeem them in error?
How much are points worth?
Each point is worth $1.00.
Can I redeem points and earn points in the same order?
No. Since points take a few business days to be processed onto the account, you cannot use them for the same order.
Can I combine my points with other offers? 5% Tire Price Beat, for example.
Yes, you can earn points and redeem points with any of our offers.
What if I forget my phone, can I still redeem points?
No. You have to hit redeem and show our service advisor the special one time code to redeem points.
Are there things I can’t redeem points on?
Yes. You cannot redeem points on free oil changes, warranty work and in our finance department.
If I lose my phone or change my phone number, do I lose my points?
Look at your previous invoice for your customer number.
Where are the terms and conditions?
The terms will be in the profile tab on your app and on our website.
Why do you need my birthdate?
The birthdate if used to verify your age. You must be over 18 years of age to use the app.
Where can I provide feedback and/or contact West Edmonton Mall Toyota?
Feedback can be provided on the app via the contact tab.
What notifications will I receive?
In-app notifications about WEM Toyota offers and emails.
How do I turn off notifications?
You go into your profile and at the bottom there is a Notification Settings toggle.
