Yes, the rumours are true! We’re moving from our historic location on 102 Ave and 170 Street into Canada’s largest and most iconic retail and entertainment destination, West Edmonton Mall (WEM). That will make us the only full-service dealership in a shopping centre anywhere in Canada.
We’ve been proudly serving Edmonton since 1998. Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown rapidly, becoming the largest volume Toyota dealer in Western Canada.That means we’ve also outgrown our current space and need more room. Not just to support our hardworking staff but to accommodate the increase in sales and service volume. So we can better serve our valued guests.
We’ve been partnering with West Edmonton Mall since 2012, including sponsoring the Mayfield Toyota Ice Palace and hosting ongoing on-ice sale events hosted throughout the year. With the mall being just 1.6 km South of the dealership, it soon became clear it was the perfect fit.
“Our planned WEM site is approximately 317,000 total square feet. This state of the art facility will include a 117,000 square foot showroom, and a 200,000 square foot multi-level parking deck with detail centre.
Time is a limited commodity in today’s world and the scope of this build will allow our guests to accomplish so much more with just one convenient stop.

The New Location
Mayfield Toyota will bring a variety of services for all makes and models to WEM, including: Full detailing packages, quick and convenient express oil change services, complete mechanical services, over-the-counter parts purchases, tire sales/swaps and storage, windshields and more.
In our all-new state-of-the-art, fully interactive showroom, we will also give shoppers convenient access to one of the top manufacturers in the world, Toyota, and their unmatched lineup of vehicles.
It is our mission to offer shoppers unparalleled automotive conveniences, including quick-drop valets at various WEM entrances for all of our available services.
Construction is set to begin March 2020 and expected to be completed in the Spring of 2021.
