West Edmonton Mall Toyota Celebrates Two Year Anniversary

West Edmonton Mall Toyota celebrated its second anniversary last month marking two incredible years inside the largest mall in North America.

What started as just an idea has slowly now blossomed into what it is today: a beautiful car dealership and the largest place in Canada to fulfill all of your automotive needs. 

While our original location had served us well for over twenty amazing years, we knew the time had come to spread our wings.

We took our vision to be the most convenient one-stop-automotive shop in Edmonton to the next level and officially moved into West Edmonton Mall in October 2021. 

Today, our dealership includes a fully immersive and beautifully designed 35-vehicle showroom, 70-bay service shop, 6 express service bays and 18 detail bays to make it the most convenient and all–inclusive automotive experience in Edmonton. 

Two Years of Progress

In addition to our beautiful new space, we have also worked hard to elevate our customer experience over the last two years. 

We launched the West Edmonton Mall Toyota app that allows our customers to earn points and save money on everything from servicing to detailing and even the downpayment on a brand-new Toyota.

Our new app also gives customers access to exclusive offers and discounts at participating retailers inside West Edmonton Mall.

We also launched a series of monthly customers events, exclusive to our customers.

They feature various retail partners and their products and services (usually with exclusive offers for our customers), light bites from restaurants within the mall, entertainment, giveaways and more.

They have been a huge success and have helped us get to know our longstanding and new customers better than ever.

We have said from the moment we first opened our doors back in 1998 that we have some of the best customers in Alberta and we truly mean it. 

Everything we have accomplished over the last two decades is thanks to your continued support of our team.

We have incredible memories with so many of you. From helping young couples purchase their first vehicle to helping their kids do the same 20 years later. We are honoured to be a part of so many of your stories over the years.

We want to thank West Edmonton Mall and our valued retail partners whom we have formed such great working relationships with.

From offering our customers amazing discounts on our apps to supporting our events and beyond — we have the best neighbours on the block. 

We also want to thank our team for all their hard work and effort over the past two years. It certainly was not easy moving our entire dealership.
