Toyota royalty came to visit our new dealership inside West Edmonton Mall last month and it was an honour to show off what we have been proudly building for the last few years.
Toyota Canada President and CEO Larry Hutchinson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Cyril Dimitris and Prairie and Pacific Zone Manager Alec Markin all made the journey together for an afternoon filled with tours and talks of the new space.
We Make Convenience #1 At West Edmonton Mall Toyota
We started as a small dealership on the outskirts of West Edmonton in 1988. Today, we are now the first full-service dealership to operate in the world's largest mall! What a journey it’s been. One of the things we were most excited to show the team from Toyota corporate was just how convenient we have made things for our guests. Convenience was one of our top inspirations when we first approached Toyota Canada with the idea of moving our dealership into the mall.
We knew that being inside the largest mall in North America — with all its shopping, restaurants, and amenities — would make the lives of our customers that much easier. Especially for our service guests, who could enjoy all the mall has to offer while they waited for their vehicle. We even extended our hours so our service centre is open late — seven days a week. Meaning you could still get your vehicle in for a service after work and on the weekends.
Navigating this momentous change has not been without a few speed bumps. But after almost a year of being fully operational in our larger-than-life space, our team is operating better than ever before. Whether you need to purchase a new Toyota or a pre-owned vehicle, need help with car parts or accessories, have a financing question, or need a detail and a car service… our team of talented people has you covered.
