Eligible retail customers may request a vehicle return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery provided the vehicle has not exceeded 500 additional kilometres from the original delivery mileage and remains in substantially the same condition as delivered. Vehicles must be free from accident damage, excessive wear, abuse, smoke or pet damage, and must include all original keys, manuals, accessories, charging equipment, and supplied items. Certain vehicles including wholesale units, commercial vehicles, rebuilt or branded vehicles, specialty inventory, vehicles over 10 model years old, or units marked final sale may not qualify. All returns and exchanges are subject to dealership management approval, vehicle inspection, lender approval where applicable, financing and underwriting requirements, and compliance with all contractual obligations. Customers remain responsible for any negative equity, repair costs, registration fees, insurance costs, finance obligations, third-party charges, or applicable adjustments associated with the transaction.
